This notice explains how MainiLabs handles information submitted through the early-access waitlist. We collect only what is useful for operating the waitlist and preparing access.
Information we collect
We collect your email address, optional name, optional company or project name, optional use-case preference, consent record, referral attribution, waitlist rank, referral activity, and basic security and event data needed to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
- To manage and secure your waitlist place.
- To send early-access invitations and occasional meaningful product updates.
- To allocate supporter and referral rewards.
- To understand broad product demand and protect the service from fraud.
Referral tracking
A personal referral code may be stored when someone visits your link and signs up. A referral is provisionally counted when the new member joins and may be removed if our abuse review identifies manipulation. We do not publicly reveal the identity or email address of either person.
Services we use
We use Supabase for database and authentication services, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and—if enabled—Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails. To request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information, email mainilabs@gmail.com. We may retain minimal records where necessary for security or legal obligations.
We do not sell your data
MainiLabs does not sell or rent waitlist information. We also avoid invasive advertising trackers.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product and its service providers evolve. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
